When he got there, they did not think it was fraud, and they took the time to call the company to make sure it was legit and not fraud. This saves DAD from having to cancel this card and wait 10 days or so to get a new card so he could access his money. Who does that, TowneBank does, that’s who. Best old Fashioned customer service What are you waiting for! Move your money there, you won’t be sorry
