Very young, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, very informative as to LFCU current products and offers. Jackson assisted me not only with auto loan but provided me with insights on how to manage my other accounts with LFCU. Jackson was very patient and carefully explained and answered all my questions during the refi process. I was very pleased when I walked out the door. LFCU needs more Amazing Jackson’s😇

And they are very very nice with everyone, i came from the hampton bank because they didn't want to help me to open an account, but when I got here Nimia was the one that helped me through the process and I'm very happy to know that there is still people like her that is on the mission to help everyone. She is the best, so now I'm going to refer everyone i know with her. She is so amazing 👏
