We financed a vehicle through them in 2023, and when we returned to the dealership two years later to upgrade, BayPort continued sending us statements and billing us for the vehicle the dealership had already purchased and held the title for. The dealership issued both a payment and a formal letter confirming that BayPort’s reporting to the credit bureaus under our names was incorrect. We are now disputing the matter with the credit bureaus, who have been supportive and understanding. Based on our experience, you should expect unnecessary complications and unresolved issues when working with this company.

I am the 5th person in line and the line has not moved in 20 minutes. I am trying to be patient but: ONE TELLER WORKING THE LINE ON MONDAY at 11:00 am? It is now 11:58.
