  I came in to cash a check from a sale from Chesterfield County Auto Parts. The teller named AVA ask if I work at the company labeled on the check. The check was $385. She assumed I work for the location due to the dollar amount on the check, and me being a African American male. I drive tucks locally for a living and make much more than $385 in a single check. I banked with Wells Fargo since 2004. AVA is of Caribbean decent and has a problem with African American males. I didn't deserve the disrespect I received from this teller. I will go to another branch next time.

  Customer service, or lack thereof goes a long ways. I am not a Wells Fargo customer, and recently had a 3 year old who desperately needed a restroom. I hurried into the lobby where I was told they did not have anything we could use without much compassion for a parent in a bind. This impression will stick with me for a long time, and will certainly weigh into my decision to remain a non Wells Fargo customer.

  Not sure how this bank has gotten mixed reviews, but I went in there for the first time today and Brooke who is the branch manager was very helpful and very polite. They were somewhat busy, but I only had to wait about 5 minutes to speak with someone. I highly recommend going to this branch over some of the others in the area. As someone who has dealt with Wells Fargo For many years now I can say they have made huge strides in their customer service.

  Great bank! I have a few different banks due to business accounts and Wells Fargo has been a great banking partner, specifically at the Westchester Commons location.
