- IIIsaacMar 12, 20231.0I've been trying to get a credit card statement for thebilling period 1/15/23 - 2/15/23 for the past two and a half weeks. Not available online and they have never sent me a paper copy by mail even though I have the option for both. It is now 3/12/23. Four calls to customer service during this time frame and I've been given false hope and no statement. Worst customer service experience I have received from a bank due to no results and my time wasted explaining my situation each time with no follow up from their end.
