- TBT BoisseauDec 27, 20235.0Came in once the bank opened this morning, short line, I was the second person in line. The sweet teller was helping a gentleman and the machine they needed was slow or down - I decided as another person got in line behind me that my time was flexible and I could come back later- as I was leaving the teller noticed and apologized for my wait which I appreciated that she noticed while managing the tasks in front of her. I told her it was no problem at all and that I am happy to come another time since I work next door so others wouldn’t have to wait on me. She was great!!

This is not my normal location but it was convenient for today. I will not be going nack to this location and I am considering other banking options!! Will not refer anyone to BB&T until you start caring about your customers!!!

No effort to accommodate inconvenienced customers. This is my 1st and absolute last time utilizing this branch!!
