My complaint isn't with this branch, but their corporation. I requested a payoff of my HELOC on 8-11-2025 that was good through 8-29-2025. It included a $41 lien release fee. This is normal. They payoff was received at their facility on 8-22. There was a credit balance due back to me of $120.94. When I called in later September to inquire about the credit due. They said that they need to deduct $41 to release the lien. I explained that they already had in my payoff document. For some odd reason they could not access they payoff document that they faxed to me on 8-11. I was instructed to take my payoff document to a local branch and this would be corrected. I did this and the rep called their internal department and they still wouldn't believe that it was already charged in my payoff. I was dumbfounded that an employee could not resolve this. If someone of influence see this and would like to correct it, please leave your contact information for me to reach out to.

Very poor customer service and seems to be lacking of knowledge. I would say reflective of all branches maybe just this one. Go to another location

My check in a sizable amount was deposited at the Midlothian Branch. The teller said there would be no hold on the funds and the printed receipt verified the commitment. 2 days later they sent, by USPS mail, a letter stating that the hold would be for 7 days on ALL of the funds. Very poor customer service and the action was reinforced by the branch manager. Please notice the changes in recent Google reviews of this branch.

Everyone here is so polite and helpful! The merger has been stressful at times, but this branch has done their best to ensure their customers are taken care of.

Stay away from this branch. I always counted twice for a cash deposit and there was a total $150 short two times by the same teller. I realized it was not my mistake. Asked to check the security camera but was rejected. Do not deposit cash at this branch and ask to show the money when the teller counted money at the counter.
