- JTJessica TaylorApr 13, 20201.0I'm just in disbelief of the lack of compassion shown by this bank in hard times like this, not only have I lost my job due to covid19, but now my bank account was closed due to being in the negative, and what is more upsetting about it is I have a guaranteed, GUARANTEED tax check for auto deposit, I WILL NEVER recommend C&F and for Karen, I won’t need it to be up to the bank branch on if you guys will consider keeping my account open, I ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT WILL BE TAKING MY ACCOUNT ELSEWHERE, not only is it unbelievable the amount of late fees they tack on my account was negative $173 I owe them close to $500, unreal so just wanting everyone to know C&F BANK will drop you even in that hardest timeS. BEWARE!!!!!! BANK ELSEWHERE
