- CCCalliSep 9, 20251.0The branch across from Chesterfield Towne Center on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond lost a deposit I made through the drive-thru teller and could not locate the deposit, which was probably credited to the wrong customer's account. Customer service said I had to work with the branch to resolve the problem, and the branch personnel were unable to account for the missing deposit in their records. Be very careful to save deposit receipts as the bank branch's ability to provide customer satisfaction in locating lost deposits is not at all gratifying.

She also was concerned about me calling from my cell to activate my temp debit card since the system indicated I had a home landline. I had switched to just mobile but had not updated that info on the app. She is Fantastic and deserves to be celebrated for her great customer service!!!
