- CCCalliSep 9, 20251.0The branch across from Chesterfield Towne Center on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond lost a deposit I made through the drive-thru teller and could not locate the deposit, which was probably credited to the wrong customer's account. Customer service said I had to work with the branch to resolve the problem, and the branch personnel were unable to account for the missing deposit in their records. Be very careful to save deposit receipts as the bank branch's ability to provide customer satisfaction in locating lost deposits is not at all gratifying.

She spoke SO kindly and was so so helpful. She walked me through everything and had lots of patience and grace with me. She is an amazing representation of an organization and showed the love during this crazy holiday season just as Jesus showed those around Him. Lavonda is awesome and would highly recommend her !
