I recently had to stop by this branch on my way out of town to help a elderly client of mine that was having an issue getting a document for a loan I was trying to finish for her. After talking to the teller and explaining the situation, she proceeded to talk to her manager for 10 minutes, where apparently they proceeded to talk to my client (who proved who she was and that she was having trouble with her local branch), just to have them have my client tell me that they won't give me information she needs. The teller didn't say anything to me and the manager never even took the time to ask me a single question or explain the situation. The level a professionalism was truly bottom barrel. I lived in Middleburg for 25 years and have been a Loan Officer for 3 and I would be lived if I found out anyone in this branch treated my parents as poorly. Thank you Truist branch for showing another client how you do the bare minimum (if anything) and why they should work with local lenders instead of big banks.
