I made an appointment a week ago to open the safe deposit box and when I went there today, they advised me that they couldn’t help and I had to reschedule. Keep in mind I had to leave work early to come to this with no result. I am going to be closing my bank account that I have with you guys and will never have business with you again. Just absolutely terrible experience.
