Gave me the wrong information to cash a well Fargo check I called in the actual branch customer service to ask and they told me the requirements and the way the last spoke to me was highly disrespectful I know it was close to the end of the day and if she didn’t want to count our money she should of just politely ask for me to come in the next day which I would understand instead when I told her I have more information in my car she slid my check and said u might as well take this cause we are going to close anyway . I wasn’t rude to her but whatever I called they said she gave me the wrong information and then I got my check cashed at another branch they said I only need my drivers license and that even proved it right there and they were really nice .

I made an appointment a week ago to open the safe deposit box and when I went there today, they advised me that they couldn’t help and I had to reschedule. Keep in mind I had to leave work early to come to this with no result. I am going to be closing my bank account that I have with you guys and will never have business with you again. Just absolutely terrible experience.
