At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Zero stars. Signs point you to a drive through but there are only ATMs

I miss Catie. Plain and simple. She was the last one standing of the original team there when I opened my account years ago. I know she’s moved on to better things - but this branch really just isn’t the same without her. The energy and the joy she brought to us customers at this location is unmatched. Even if I did have to wait in a long line, seeing her move quickly while simultaneously making each customer she interacted with feel welcome, taken care of and not at all rushed was incredible. She would also help direct her teammates when they were having difficulty flawlessly as she was working on deposits too. Without even having to interrupt what she was doing to help. It’s a shame you guys couldn’t keep her.
And now to get off of that soapbox and onto another one.
Staffing is just not what it used to be here and it’s sad. The poor tellers that are left running ragged and it doesn’t seem fair at all. I hope it gets better. When I wait in line now I don’t feel like my time is being valued. More often than not I peek in the door and just leave to go to another location or wait to make my deposit until a time when I have 30+ minutes to wait around to get it done. I can tell the tellers are trying their best. But they’re not as supported staffing wise as they need to be. Leadership needs to do something about that before they lose even more staff

Here is a little known secret, don’t be fooled by the two ATM drive throughs!
The lobby is open! No line. The lady that helped me was happy to see me, very friendly and did her job well. Please support them
