His attitude was a quite something else. He was constantly on the phone during our appointment. Another strangest thing was that he suddenly asked us to open money marketing accounts, without giving us much information. When I asked about the rate, he told me that he could only give us that information after we sign it. I've never seen a bank specialist treat customers such way. We ended up going to a different branch and the bank specialist was very helpful. It has been a very disappointing experience with Truist.
