    30 minutes in drive thru on a weekday still have 2 cars in front of me Service is terrible at this location

    Had 3:00 appt. to renew a CD. Sat for 30 minutes and the banker who made the appt. never showed, nor did anyone acknowledge me, so I went to the teller line and closed the CD. Worst service ever. Typical of this branch. Kristy, the teller was great, though.

    Countless problems since it became Truist, but mainly the ATM is never working properly.

    Since the merger, the drive though takes forever and no one ever answers the phone in Mechanicsville.

    Since BB&T merged with SunTrust to form Truist the customer service and deposit situation is the worst! I have accounts with this bank - always deposit checks since I am a Real Estate Broker...Never was a hold put on my deposits for funds available they would always be available within 24/48 hours....now with Trusist it will take 10 business days!!! How am I to run a small business with funds being held from a government run bank? I will be closing all of my accounts proceeding to Navy Federal where I also bank. If I were a new depositor looking for a bank....turn around and run from Truist this merge which would want you to feel comfortable has put myself and many others less exception towards this banking institution. I did a mobile deposit they said funds available tomorrow....guess they don't want you to go to the brick and mortar.
