Had 3:00 appt. to renew a CD. Sat for 30 minutes and the banker who made the appt. never showed, nor did anyone acknowledge me, so I went to the teller line and closed the CD. Worst service ever. Typical of this branch. Kristy, the teller was great, though.

This branch is a headache to deal with. They act like a government agency. My wallet was stolen so I grabbed an old license that expired in 2020, had by debit and credit cards, logged in to my account on my phone in front of them, could answer all security questions and even logged in to the DMV site to show my actual license expires in 2028 but they wouldn't let me perform a transaction until I paid the DMV $20 to mail me a new card and showed them a receipt. Not renewed my license, just replaced it.
The branch on West Broad took care of me a few days earlier under the same circumstances by asking a few extra security questions. That's how you take care of a 20+ year customer.
I understand being cautious and trying to do your job properly but it's too much. Wasted a full 30 minutes dealing with it.

How do you have 9 people working in bank and only 1 working the lobby? AND he is the one walking into vault with customer...over 5 mins every teller booth was empty with 8 in line. You guys need a " hey, I need help from desk reps" button. I blame bank MANAGER...not the employee. Poor management. Two walkouts from lobby line is a SHAME.
