When I shared with her about my hardship she immediately jumped in and did what I call damage control (😂 lol). She questioned me like an attorney to get to the root of the problem in which I adored. Upon finding a solution for it relief set in . The day of our meeting I felt like I was in the company of a family member who really cared about my well being. With a soft and gentle touch the paperwork was processed very orderly and on a timely basis. Stess was relieved , hope was restored knowing that I could get back on track . Not only was she proficient but hospitable aswell. These days one is lucky to find someone who cares and shows it without judgement. Long story short, I recommend a strong promotion to the next level if I may say so. She is someone a company can trust with their business, customers, etc. To her boss she is not to be overlooked in the future. Thanks Rasha I'm ever so grateful for your help !
