  I've banked with them for ten years now for my small business. Highly efficient and very helpful staff at this branch. Referring to the 'sexist' policy at Citibank in another review, I've had that experience with their HQ which appeared to be based in TX when I applied for my line of credit. The TX guy met me online, and cut the line of credit that my branch manager had offered in half, no explanation. (None needed! I went to another bank and got it, you clueless person.) But the staff at this branch is nothing but polite and profesional, and fast, which I value highly.

  Sexist and outdated policy — completely unacceptable in 2025. Today my wife tried to close our Citi credit card account because we no longer use it and were about to be charged a $100 annual fee. She called customer service, only to be told they couldn’t process the closure because they needed to speak to the “primary cardmember” — me, her husband. This is even though she (not me) opened the account with her name, her email, and her phone number. My wife is a fully employed professional who earns a good living, owns our home and votes. Yet Citi refused to speak with her or let her manage the account she uses. While my name is also on the account, I didn’t open the account. Citi automatically assumed that since I am a male and my wife is a female, that naturally, it must have been me, the husband, that was the primary card holder. That is incorrect. It’s hard to believe a major financial institution in 2025 still enforces policies that treat women as secondary or dependent account holders. This is outdated, sexist, and completely unacceptable. We expected better from a company of Citi’s size and reputation. Citi — it’s time to bring your customer policies into the modern world.

  Great customer service at this branch! I worked with Mr. Mohammed Khalid and he did a great job helping me with wire services! If you want to work with a bank in Northern Virginia with great customer service I highly recommend Mr. Khalid and this Citibank branch.
