He took the time to explain everything in a way my son and daughter could understand, and made the whole experience fun and memorable for them. We truly appreciate his professionalism and the wonderful service he provided.
- HChicham choubailiNov 28, 20251.0This is the worst banking experience I ever had the manager is young man with beard , NO business attire or attitude he acted with a total ignorance and starts guessing if I should have an account 30 days old to cash check I had to go trough hell despite I banked with them for many years they still want to charge me $7 to cash a check all my accounts are closed never bank again with with this bank ( capital one ) be aware of your statement and don’t pay unnecessary fees . Most of all the one star was based mostly on the business attitude and professionalism didn’t include the uniform it would be 0 stars but the minimum is one star the teller sitting in corner booth was violent I mean rude actually extremely rude she showed NO concerns for customers service what a bank !!!
