Went into this branch one day and there was only 2 people working. The branch manager was working on the teller station alone with 5+ customers in line and a teller was working 2 drive thru lanes alone. Despite how busy they were the branch manager, Rachael was the absolute sweetest she could be to my mother and myself while we were taking care of some urgent banking needs for my mother. Rachael and her teller were obviously overworked but both still managed to have amazing customer service. I feel for those 2 ladies and hope that they do not ever let this employer change their personalities.
- TJTJ Morrill JrOct 17, 20235.0Just joined here at Carter Bank & Trust, and Miss Racheal Shelton, the Branch Manager did an awesome job setting me up with an account quickly and efficiently! I didn't get the name of the teller in the front, but she did an excellent job as well! Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful when I was there. I love the fact that they have instant issue debit cards that they activate there, so I don't have to call to activate them, but can use them in an hour, instead of the next day or week. (I had a bad experience with a different bank on this issue, since their activation system was messed up.) Anyways, thank y'all very much, CB&T. I'm looking forward to doing all my banking here from now on!
