They make you wait more than an hour just to open an account, and when you need to use the restroom, it turns out there are no public bathrooms. If you want to use the bank’s restroom, you have to go through a security protocol. That protocol requires you to stand in line at the teller window and then wait until someone is available to escort you to the restroom, which is located all the way in the back.

She explains everything so well and makes the process easy to understand, especially when applying for credit. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain the pros and cons clearly. I absolutely loved working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone she does a fantastic job!
