  On 11/29/2025, I went to the bank to make a credit card payment, I got at the place exactly 12pm, I understand everyone is trying to go home, but also Wells Fargo atm doesn’t allow me to make a credit card payment, which is very disappointing. But what made me more upset is the lady that was at the by the door making sure no one enter and letting people out. She saw me by the door around 12pm, she never once approached me, I tried to and she ignored me, so I waited until someone was coming out, she was not trying to help me, mind you she was still working, when I finally briefly explained to her the reason why I couldn’t make the payment due to my mom having recent surgery, and was in the hospital not that long ago(which I have proof off), she literally shut the door in my face. She could’ve at least said “I’m sorry about, but unfortunately we are close now, I’m so sorry” but she literally just shut the door on my face! This is bank that people go to, and the type of job she choose, why not be polite or have manners! Why be so rude! I will be making a formal complaint. 12/15/2025-update they did not resolve the issue, there was no point of emailing them, when the whole issue here is their lack of customer service, if people start getting mistreated and their is complaints, cameras should be getting checked, employees should be getting talked to or written up!

  Hay bancos y hay bancos, incluso dentro de la misma empresa y este es el caso. La sucursal de Centreville nunca tiene turnos para días próximos y que decir para el mismo día, sin embargo, la sucursal de Manassas es diferente ¿cómo lo logran? desconozco, además el ambiente profesional que se respira también es diferente.

  I used to leave in another city and the custumer services of WF was great. But I can't say the same thing from here, custumer services it's bad really bad not even a joke, they always rude never enough employee 3 times I try to get a banker and one time they let sit for 30 min and not body come out. The second time there was none, and 3 time they said come back we about to close on top the representative are always talking and so slow

  Teller and bank manager did not know what they were talking about. Explaining how my check could not be deposited to this bank. Went to another branch and they had no issues.

  terrible bank, staff clueless to company's guidelines - would not deposit international check..
