  I had a truly wonderful experience this morning. I came in to open a new account, and Bismita assisted me throughout the entire process. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient. especially since I had my kids with me. As any parent knows, children can be a bit energetic and noisy, but Bismita handled it all with such grace. She never once made us feel uncomfortable. Instead, she was warm and welcoming, even helping to gently guide my kids to sit down while we completed the paperwork. She made what could have been a stressful errand into a smooth, pleasant experience. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Bismita and thank you, Bank of America, for having such wonderful staff!

  This bank remembers customers and everything I've seen shows me that this is a bank I definitely want to business with them. My son has an account here and every time I go with him the tellers remember his name even before he puts Identification or bank card in the drive through or goes in that's where you want your money with people that know you and will help you. I've watched for awhile and it's amazing he actually smiles my son because they know his name and do business in a friendly manner that's what the role model should be. Kind, friendly and respectful, not just let me take your money here. Have a good day it impressed me the level of professional ism in such a kind manner

  It's confidential to be there for financial transactions. They help out as well. Indeed. Welcome to the show, I'm the host. You're here for the hard truth, I'm here to prove it to you. TD bank is a nice place for customers service because they give people personal assistance when the need it. It's one of the best banks in Mannassas. Oh really ? Yes. They do activation on customer's account into a different levels of information on helping people out. They can help whenever they have difficulty of getting ahead of lower scores. If they have a problem with their debt card or credit card, they'll do everything they can to fix the problem. Especially if can't do things on their own. For real? Yeah. They usually have the ability to prove their skills to activate the account to suspect the negative cause from the penalty fee. They can do that to help people ? Yes. They can but they'll remain you to take responsibility to pay them off and reduce it. However, they explain every details about the statement. Really? yeah. Whatever they need from them rather if is adding money to the account, applying for the account, have a new one, plan to have a credit card, check the results, statements, personal assistance, practice with training, experiences, or emergencies, they'll do everything to help you, your friend, family, and everyone else to improve it Why? Because the staffs are the only people that came take care of the situation. It's that so ? Yes. It is. No matter what happens they'll do it for sure. You don't to do this on you're own, they're going to do it for you. It's their duty to make it possible for financial activity. Do they have bathroom ? Yes, it's located on the right where the authorized vest is. [Caution] Be careful not to go there because it's restricted. Customers are not allowed to be there not even the kids because it can be a red flag and red card trouble. [Notice] Only Bank staff and Authorized personnels are submitted to be there. The ATM is located at the door entrance on the middle. Behind it. Withdrawal money or deposit them in your card whenever is necessary. If you're having trouble, remaind the TD staff to help you out. If they close on 5pm and if you're late to be there, use the ATM for transactions. Prove this and you'll be in a confidence and decent life. Until next time, everyone. Take care.

  Sat in line at drive thru for 33 minutes. Three lines open & only 1 teller. When we got to window she ask if we wanted water. I said sure. She never gave us water. Thought that was a very strange thing to ask. Worst customer service ever. How can it possibly take so long.
