- RORKL OutdoorsDec 1, 20201.0Very disappointed in this bank today. I've been a customer over 15 years. I've been depositing cash at this branch weekly for 2 years now with my business. Today they would not deposit my cash with my bank card they said I needed an ID I've never used an ID before always a bank card. The normal tellers see me all the time when I pull in and wave. I even said its ridiculous and ill look for another bank to do business with and still nothing. I'm sure beacon won't mind my account there. You can deposit at an atm with no ID. How is this any different?
