After closing my account, I mysteriously had a negative $3.71 balance weeks later. No one could explain where the balance came from. The branch was unable to take payment & close the account. They told me to call the number on the bill...the phone rep told me I had to go into a branch to close the account! No accountability or effort to take care of business.

Sloppy banking practices. Putting your ID between $2,000 in 20's and sending in the container with the envelope UPSIDE down and opened. Lazy.
