Crystal the manager today helped me open a dispute and didn’t even lecture me on how I should watch the account more closely. It’s been a rough season and I don’t know if I’ll get any money back but she made me feel heard and like someone was helpful. Kudos Crystal!!!

Since 2011' I used to have my Old account just 1 is Regular Checking account with my former Bank with Community Credit Union for only 6 months cuz Everytime I go inside that bank ~ they kept messy up with my Checking account so terrible...so anyway My older sister and meself now have our accounts with Carter Bank and Trust....most descent place very squeeky clean, very friendly and most trust that I know....plus This very Special lady name is :: Diane Williams has been very nice , very Please to work with her and really do Love her dearly....still have accounts since middle of 2011' in Madison Heights € Lynchburg, VA. ** BEST TOP BANK NO.# 1 !!!!😎👍💘🤓🐢
