    This branch could care less about creating a halfway decent customer experience. Every single time I go through the drive thru, no matter which line i’m in, they will greet their race first and I just find that WEIRD, unsettling, & unpleasant to deal with when not only was I their first but should be valued as a customer too. It’s very disgusting and sickening behavior from these so called adults. Y’all need to do better.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ATM IS NEW AND IS ALWAYS BROKE! ONE TELLER FOR 6 CARS IN DRIVE THRU AND CLIENTS INSIDE AS WELL ! DO BETTER FOR YOURCOMMUNITY!!!!!

    Since when did banks refuse to cash a check? My friend went in today and she banks with Truist. The bank teller told her they could only deposit and not cash. Why turn your customers away that bank with you just because they don’t want to deposit in their account?

    I have been a suntrust customer for more than 40 years and all their banks have professional helpful employees. The bb&t branch at Timberlake road Lynchburg is the utmost rude and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I will be removing my banking business from trusit once the transition has been completed. I advise the managers and directors for bb&t bank to send the employees to a school to understand how to deal with customers which make the bank this meager is the worst financial move directors could have ever made
