Visited the drive- thru for the very first time at this branch. Ive never been denied three rolls of coins at the drawer window with any Truist. The lady working the window, Monday, the 29th, 9am needs training on how to speak to clients of the bank. I had ZERO idea about this rule from any other bank and we've been with Truist since it was Central Fidelity. Its not the rule Im upset about, its her delivery and attitude. So unprofessional. It's the lady with short brown hair, glasses and big teeth that need to be whitened or at least brushed. <---- see how this delivery makes all the difference? I left and went to my more regular bank where Im always treated respectfully as are the other clients and I inquired about the drive thru and coins. Drawer side, its fine unless you need a lot. I told that teller only three and they proceeded to tell me it was absolutely fine. I told your teller I needed, quarters, dimes and nickles, a roll each. Her response was disgusting towards a client. I drove off. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with Truist, but according to your Google reviews for this branch, you best get it together. Your teller didnt have my information, so she was not discriminating thinking maybe I felt entitled because I have 40,000 in my checking account alone. Approach is everything. This is a perfect example of why Ive moved most of my monies to a credit union. Keep it up. More branches will close. Watch and see. Bad service doesnt survive.

This branch could care less about creating a halfway decent customer experience. Every single time I go through the drive thru, no matter which line i’m in, they will greet their race first and I just find that WEIRD, unsettling, & unpleasant to deal with when not only was I their first but should be valued as a customer too. It’s very disgusting and sickening behavior from these so called adults. Y’all need to do better.

I left truist. My card info had been stolen a while back. Went through the process to get a refund (close to $600) and waited the allotted amount of time before calling back to ask why I hadnt gotten my money back. The lady on the phone said that the analyst suspected there was a transaction I failed to report as fraudulent so they couldn't process a refund. I informed her that that transaction was a purchase that I'd made that same day before I realized my info had been stolen so that's a non problem. She said "well then unfortunately there's nothing more I can do." Not an acceptable answer. I requested that if she couldn't help me she'd put me on the phone with someone who could (ie a supervisor) she refused. I went to the local branch near where I work and the manager was fantastic. She herself was on hold for about two hours trying to get it sorted out. Also when my info had first gotten stolen I went to the Timberlake branch and put a stop check on my rent payment (I'd opted to pay with a money order as I no longer had the money in my bank account). I confirmed with the bank teller that the stop check would only be for this month and not for the next one. She assured me that all was well. Next month comes everything is all squared away I pay my rent and a few days later my landlord notifies me that my check was returned. The people at the bank informed me when I went back that the stop check was in effect for 30 some days. Meaning any check for that amount would be returned. This is not what I was told originally and if I had been I would have done something different. That mistake cost me a $75 fee with my leasing office. The only thing the manager at the Timberlake location would say was "this happens" I immediately withdrew all the money in my accounts and closed it. Bbt was hard enough to deal with but when they merged with SunTrust it got a hundred times worse

The representative that helped me, Maria, was so kind and friendly. She did a great job. Not too long of a wait in the drive-thru also which was nice.
