Every single time I go through the drive thru, no matter which line i’m in, they will greet their race first and I just find that WEIRD, unsettling, & unpleasant to deal with when not only was I their first but should be valued as a customer too. It’s very disgusting and sickening behavior from these so called adults. Y’all need to do better.

The bb&t branch at Timberlake road Lynchburg is the utmost rude and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I will be removing my banking business from trusit once the transition has been completed. I advise the managers and directors for bb&t bank to send the employees to a school to understand how to deal with customers which make the bank this meager is the worst financial move directors could have ever made
