In my 20+ years of being with Suntrust now Truist, I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a business! The manager Hailey is just as unprofessional as her tellers! I filed a complaint with their corporate office twice only to be retaliated against by having my accounts closed for NO reason given! In my entire 20+ years I'd never had issues with employees there until Oct and Nov 2024. The Boonsboro Rd, Lynchburg VA branch is the absolute worse!

Truist Boonsboro makes one miss the old BB&T Boonsboro branch. The difference between a BB&T trained branch and SunTrust trained branch is like night and day. It’s not the people, it’s how people are trained.

I absolutely hate this bank branch. This whole merger and closure of the Rivermont BB&T is completely inconvenient, and every time I visit this branch I wait in line for at least fifteen minutes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The tellers aren’t even at the window when you pull up after the car in front of you. They wander off to God knows where and make you wait an additional five minutes for no good reason. Staff issues? Incompetence? Poor management? I don’t know, but it’s enough to make me completely switch banks. Zero Stars if I could.
