  No customer service at all. I am a 20 year customer, & I am 71 years old this month Nov. 2025. That Graves Mill Rd branch is a joke. I had to come in there twice on Friday October 31, 2025 because nobody there cared to try to resolve my issue. I spoke with a "Tyrone". And he did have another branch employer come over. They just shrugged their shoulders. I had somewhat of a family emergency. I needed to do a wire transfer to my sister's checking account in Iowa. I had everything I needed to make that happen. All bank information & all her information. I gave "Tyrone" all of the information written down including her bank's toll free phone number. I pointed that out to him. They could not get the system to take it, so they just said we are unable to do that. I left very dissatisfied. As I returned home I kept thinking this has got to be able to be done. So I simply decided to call my sister's bank in Iowa. They were so helpful unlike Atlantic Union. They are a small bank so they use a larger bank to handle wire transfers. So it was a different bank routing number & then the small bank's routing number was the account number. So I called your branch back & explained. They could do nothing over the phone, so I had to drive back to the branch & start all over again. They had no clue what they were doing. Finally they called another admin location & got someone to assist them. Finally it worked. No excuse for me having to go there twice because they couldn't pick up the phone & call the Iowa bank like I did. No apology, no concern, just flat affect. I tell you what this offer I recently received from Wells Fargo to give me $400 if I open a checking account there, is looking better & better now.

  I was so excited to find a branch closer than Forest! I love this branch and the people! I always get pleasant and efficient service here! Happily coming back!

  Terrible branch, go to the forest location for anything you need. This branch will give you issues for literally anything

  I stopped the other day just before closing. The ATM was completely out of money so I drove back around the building to get cash from the window. I patiently waited in line while the 2 cars in front of me were taken care of. The window was closed with the blinds closed when I got to the window EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY IN LINE! I know the employees know I was there as one made eye contact with me under the blinds. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Should’ve kept the one on Langhorne open as it had WAY better service than this location has had since it switched to Atlantic union.

  The manager Tim has been nothing but on top of things and has great customer service. American National has a great manager in him!
