I was confused about my most recent escrow statement, so I followed up with an appointment with the loan officer at this branch. I was greeted by all the lovely employees when I walked in, and I was able to see Sharon, the loan officer, right away. She was very patient with me and was able to find out and explain what was happening with my escrow. She also helped me to make a payment to make up for the shortage that was causing my monthly mortgage payment to go up so that I could have it lowered. I can't remember the last time I walked into a physical bank for anything, but it was a wonderful experience, and I greatly appreciate the help.

I absolutely love most of the people who work there! They are all so nice and welcoming. Working in town, I constantly need to go to the bank and grab change, and I’ve had issues with one person. Turns out, so have several other people! If Sam, is ever the one to help you, watch out for heavy sighs, eye rolls, and unneeded rude comments. She’s the only one who has constantly been rude. I know off days happen - but that seems to be her everyday. I love everyone else and will continue to go back and just pray she won’t be the one to help me.
