    The staff are friendly and helpful. But if youre considering investing through more than a normal saving account, beware. Getting your investment returned may prove to be difficult. Update 7/17/25: I have now been assigned a case manager who is assisting with my issues. Update 8/21/2025: The saga continues. We have now passed the 2 month mark in trying to process a death claim on an IRA account. If youre considering using Wells Fargo for such an investment, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use another company. Save your family the aggravation and struggle in trying to cash out your hard earned money per your wishes...Duane

    First let me start by saying I do not live close to this branch at all! We had a somewhat tricky estates account to deal with and after being told no by many other branches both inside and outside of the Wells Fargo network we met our angel named Noah Elias, Branch Manager! Talk about the heavens opening up! As someone who has worked in banking and customer service for 20 years, i know when I am in the presence of someone who truly believes in the customer first. After multiple emails and phone calls, Noah and his team at Wells Fargo (Louisa) were able to get everything situated right at the time we were ready to give up and cry! Late night emails? Follow through? A nice smile when we finally arrived an hour before closing? ... check, check, check! Oh and did I mention he had to also have three account owners in three separate states all at the same time? Yes, he did that! Thank you Wells Fargo and namely, Noah, Chelsea and Carin! Santa will be very good to you this year!
