Absolutely RUDE!!! Went in to do a lobby cash withdrawal, when the clerk saw the card was from another back she threw it at me and said “that’s not our bank”….mind you they DO cash withdrawals from non-member accounts with Debit cards. If that’s how they treat people, NO WAY I would dream of doing business with this bank.

Try to avoid this branch. The CSR Mariam Mazengia is very rude and unprofessional. The bank needs well trained and professional CSR.

Avoid this Suntrust branch at all cost if you need banking services with CSR specifically with CSR Marman. She has always been super slow and has no idea what she is doing at the customer sevice desk. We have never encounter these issues with any other banking branch. Plus, this branch always has one representative only. Horrible customer service.
