    It sad to say, I went into the bank today to get a letter notarized and the manager said to me abruptly to go sit down and we will get with you shortly. I responded you haven’t asked me what service do I need. I said , should I be at the here or there. He said again, go take a seat we will get with you in a moment. He never addressed my need but yet still had me waiting. I got up and ask , what’s going on? Why am I not being served? He responded you need a notary ? The banker is attending to someone else. The point was that no one sought to help me or addressed my matter. I had to slip in a word to let him know I need a notary while he was cutting me off to tell me to go have a seat. I never walked into a bank and was told to sit down before even standing in line like I always do to ask to be waited on but he literally cut me off and told me to go sit down before saying anything to me was rude and unprofessional. I said to him, this is an act of prejudice, not wanting to serve me as a woman of color. This is unacceptable his name his Keith. I drove 20 miles to another town to get my paperwork notarize. One of the banker they told me they always get complaints in the Locust Grove Wells Fargo. I thought oh wow this isn’t the first time

    Worthless, they don't know how to do the right thing. There Bill Pay system used to say guaranteed delivery and they changed to delivery by and now it says scheduled by. When it was still delivery by I had a check that didn't make the delivery by date. I even gave it it 2 extra days and it still didn't make it on time. There answer is it is my problem, so again Wells Fargo will not stand up to it's own documents. You can not trust Wells Fargo to do the right thing! They won't do what they say, but will spend hundreds of dollars avoiding the right thing to do. Wells Fargo will never admit they made a mistake and make it right.

    Horrible customer service. Instead of helping customers they tell you to go to the ATM for your bank transactions. Personal bankers just stand around and wait for the one and only person working to work the drive through and the window.

    My favorite branch around. I'll literally go out of my way to visit this branch instead, to conduct my transactions.
