Truist has now made it impossible for me to sign into my online account. My information is saved on my computer and it is the same I have used for years. Suddenly it doesn’t work. They want me to sign into with a QR code. Doesn’t work. Tried the "forgot my username" and it says one part (it won’t say which) of my information is incorrect. On top of their charging us late fees on statements we never received and management being incredibly rude when we went in to talk about it, we’re done. (When did it become okay to be rude to an established customer who has a question? ) Will be moving this account as soon as I can figure out how to change the US Navy automatic deposit to another bank. More bureaucracy and incompetency. It seems to have become the sign of our times.

I joined Truist February 20. By March 1 I was receiving late payment fees on my credit card. I was told that I was a month behind on my payments. Then I tried to pay the card and payment was blocked because Truist froze my accounts for being a “new customer.“ It has been an absolute nightmare.
