Firstly they would not return funds after an international trip fraud and secondly it has been THE WORST trying to get the remainder of my accounts out of Wells Fargo. Then after I had an appointment to have a cashiers check reissued and waited OVER AN HOUR the manager said it was taking too long and I was told to come back later. I’m so over Wells Fargo and regret doing any business with them.

The tellers and the manager are consistently welcoming, professional and get me in and out within just a couple of minutes. It’s rare to see that level of consistency and customer service these days.
