They have made little effort to fix the problem and I don’t really care that there’s a second ATM. I feel safer being able to drive up to the ATM rather than having to get out of my car. You are a national bank with millions and billions of dollars fix your damn equipment. It’s that simple or I’m gonna bank somewhere else.

As I mention in my last review that you cant judge whole operation with one encounter, therefore I am rewriting the review. His follow up was better and this time I was clearly notified where the problem was in communication, and why no one called. Well I hope from now on they can maintain this new 5 star rating I am giving. Good work.
