You guys need to train the teller lady with the head scarf a lot more and same with your branch leader. Every time I make a deposit with that lady, I get put under the microscope because she doesn't know proper deposit procedures. This was not the first time. Then she gets the branch leader to tell me I cannot make a deposit in my own business account in front of customers, which I have done for years without any issues, embarrassing me in front of those customers. The branch leader didn't even investigate or question what the teller told her, she just walked up to me at the counter and told me that I could not make a deposit. I was so upset I couldn't finish my other transaction and walked out. Terrible customer service. Told that teller to skip me if she sees me in line. I may consider removing this, but the ladies need to be trained more or be less scrutinizing and investigate more.

I have to downgrade this specific bank office even more. I called them at 9:45 am on a weekday. They were open but refused to answer their phone!! I left a message and they didn't call back - ever. That was the second time that happened!
I've also had bad experiences with celia, one of their hispanic tellers.

This particular location has terrible customer service. Teller was rude and inattentive. I went through the drive thru, which was initially blocked by a lady standing in the lane petting her dog. When I was finally able to get up, the tube was not there, so I pressed the call button. When the teller finally answered, she said "what do you need". I explained I needed to deposit a check. She responded with "why did you send the container" and I informed her I hadn't, I needed it. Once she had my check, she came back and said she couldn't cash it. I reminded her I needed it deposited, NOT cashed. She said "oh" and finished the transaction. Overall a very frustrating experience and not what I have become accustomed to with truist. In the future, I will absolutely be avoiding this branch and encouraging others to do the same

I overdrafted $70 and spent $440 in fees. Wells Fargo doesn't do that, you only get fees for the actual items you overdraft on and not every single small pending transaction. And they will do nothing to help. Good bye BBT
