    I had to get a refund for something but I never got it and I tried calling the bank multiple times and I never got solution. Although I should say Georgina morris was able to find resolution within 5 mins and helped me a lot, she’s got 5 star but not the bank . I’m still waiting for refund

    I brought my elderly Dad in so he could deposit a check and to have the notary help him. The teller, Georgina Morris, was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, with a smile. She was able to help him get his TD app up and working so that he can make deposits remotely in the future. She was patient and kind.

    If 0 is an option I would. Opened beyond checkings for families with a promised bonus while one account applies and another doesn’t with exactly the same way of deposits. Do not trust the branch manager. And you are waste your time by explaining. Paying for pains is the best way to look at it.

    Hmmm...words cannot describe the sad experiences I’ve had here. Alerts? They send them after 24 hours have passed. ATM? Freezes when you need to deposit into it. For the sake of the customers who did not close their bank accounts and stayed with you IMPROVE. As for me, you cannot persuade me to return to you. Rather disappointed in your equipment as well as your unseemly practices. Once again; IMPROVE.
