- JJJay4ever5 days ago1.0Definitely do not recommend this branch of banking one of the most rudest people working in this branch. Overall unfriendly do not recommend poor attitude. Don’t come here for banking. There are better places with better people that are willing to help you.

When I mentioned closing my accounts—after being a loyal customer for over seven years—she replied, “It’s your decision.” Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

If you receive a letter from capital one stating you must go inside the bank talk to somebody you'll wait over an hour everytime. Capital One banking itself sucks as well. Very difficult always seem to have a problem have my account for over 10 years with Them, And I'm asked to verify my address otherwise they're gonna shut my account down and mail me a check with my remaining balance, Where exactly would you mail a check if you do not have my physical address? What a joke time to move onto better bank. Good riddance
