- JKJoe Korode6 days ago1.0My wife and I had the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had with any business at Atlantic Union Bank. After our business accounts were compromised (balances only, not acct numbers), the bank insisted we close and reopen everything. What should have taken a few days dragged on for six weeks and over 20 hours of our time. We repeatedly lost online access, were told conflicting information, and couldn’t get needed transaction records until a branch manager at another branch personally called IT—something that was resolved in one day. When new checks finally arrived, they showed our old, closed account numbers. We’ve since moved to another bank that handled the same process in under a week. Poor organization, communication, and accountability.
