They charge you for anything and everything so good luck getting your money back. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. EDIT - I do want to say my bank did get back with me and took care of the issue!
- TLtrucking for lifeNov 17, 20221.0I visited this bank several weeks ago to get a cashiers check much to my surprise I was charged $10 for it. This is not my normal banks I deal with but have never been charged before just returned this morning from getting another cashiers check and no $10 dollars was mentioned. Get it together King William Branch y’all don’t pay enough interest to then have to be charged to get my money back out poor customer service I will not be returning to this branch in the future if this is how it is run. - BTbryan taftAug 19, 20214.0Everyone I have dealt with have been great. My only issues are with the bank hours. It would be nice to if they were open saturday morning or if the drive thru was open a little pass 5. With my job it's really hard to make it within their current hours.
