- CMCorey MorganNov 1, 20251.0This bank has really gone downhill. I’ve been a loyal customer of the original Bank of Lancaster for over 25 years, and it’s disappointing to see what it has become. There’s only one branch open on Saturdays — and it doesn’t even open on time. The ATMs are outdated, and they’ve removed the one that allowed deposits, forcing customers to use a drop box instead. They’re no longer competitive with other banks and seem to be driving customers away rather than retaining them. Their stock performance has also tanked, leaving long-term investors like myself just hoping to break even after years of trust and support. And to top it off, as I’m writing this, the only open branch in my area was supposed to open at 9 a.m. — yet didn’t open until 9:40 due to staffing issues. Come on, BRB — do better. Our community deserves reliable service.

For many reasons we needed this done before year's end but the bank leadership just responds " sorry it's a process". I expect that from a government entity and not a privately held bank.
- ETEarl TignorMay 22, 20202.0Staff is very nice and helpfull but the bank and the way it operates for me is very disappointing when compared to the former bank.But once again if I could just rate the employees it would be near a 100 percent.I don't see this bank being here long but who am I to pass judgement it's just my opinion.
