- SSSkyNovaOct 8, 20251.0Whoever the lady is that’s in charge is very rude and has a very nasty and aggressive demeanor. She was literally down the neck of myself and the teller who was helping me and doing a good job at doing so. She walked up without even greeting me, then began to interrupt her teller who was telling me the benefits of being a member as I was only there to cash a $70 check. It was a Wells Fargo check which I was already told by the teller that it could cashed but even after, she questioned me about the check as if the check wasn’t good. IT WAS A $70 WELLS FARGO CHECK… I was completely offended She eventually gave the teller the okay to cash the check as I was just about to leave and just go somewhere else… She then had the audacity to try to sell me membership there…. If that’s what I’ll have to deal with, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Manager defended her aggressively and was demeaning to me indicating that "other customers needed attention too", even though I had been waiting for 3 days. I have even been waiting for the regional office to call back too but have been incredibley disappointed in the lack of response. In my opinion.... Once they received our money, I was just a number.
