- MTMaurice ThomasNov 2, 20251.0As a new customer this has been the worst banking experience in my 35 years nobody explains nothing just say that's what the system says but don't know why no bank card, no checks can't withdraw, just holding my money as soon as my money is available which it is available I'm closing this account and the account only been open 3 days WELLS FARGO IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST BANKS IN THE UNITED STATES
- SSSkyNovaOct 8, 20251.0Whoever the lady is that’s in charge is very rude and has a very nasty and aggressive demeanor. She was literally down the neck of myself and the teller who was helping me and doing a good job at doing so. She walked up without even greeting me, then began to interrupt her teller who was telling me the benefits of being a member as I was only there to cash a $70 check. It was a Wells Fargo check which I was already told by the teller that it could cashed but even after, she questioned me about the check as if the check wasn’t good. IT WAS A $70 WELLS FARGO CHECK… I was completely offended She eventually gave the teller the okay to cash the check as I was just about to leave and just go somewhere else… She then had the audacity to try to sell me membership there…. If that’s what I’ll have to deal with, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Went to the colonial heights location and was told by the bank teller that everyone that comes in after leaving the Hopewell location has a problem with her. 2 other people in my family also have issues with this women so it’s clearly a issue with the employee. I’ll continue to cash checks at the colonial heights location.
