- JCJD CFeb 28, 20251.0Hillsville VA branch ATM stays out of service. My last experience ATM deducted money out of my checking but did not disperse the money. Truist uses third party vendor for disputes!!! Not happy with Truist at all!

Today I needed a cashiers check, that I normally do in the Lobby. I had to go to the drive thru, due to covid19. I did not realize that they have two camera/screens to communicate with. For this hearing impaired person it made the whole thing so much easier. The teller was very understanding of my condition and was very patient, when I couldn't understand. Hillsville BB$T is My bank of choice.
