Great staff to help walk you through any questions and very easy to startup accounts and savings. They also outreach to financial advising to make sure you are getting the resources needed for personal investments or finances in the right direction. Use this particular area for my business accounts and personal.

Their drive thru hours for Saturday clearly states 8:30am-12pm. I’m currently here at 10:09am on 1/4/22 & their lanes say closed. I really needed to get something done today but I guess that won’t be happening.

Hillsville BB$T is a customer based bank. Every time I have needed something they have always come thru. Today I needed a cashiers check, that I normally do in the Lobby. I had to go to the drive thru, due to covid19. I did not realize that they have two camera/screens to communicate with. For this hearing impaired person it made the whole thing so much easier. The teller was very understanding of my condition and was very patient, when I couldn't understand. Hillsville BB$T is My bank of choice.

Great bank with friendly staff that always make you feel welcome there.(Just dont use atm if you couldn't tell from other reports it can "eat" your card. It has not personally happened to me but i have heard from other people that it has happened)
