The Vice President/Branch Manager, Karon Felts, is very, very special. Karon has always gone out of her way to make me feel welcome. Although Mrs. Felts is the Branch Manager, she will help me with tasks that could be assigned to someone in a lower position. She always gives me great business advice. In addition, banking with Karon is just like doing business with a trusted friend.
