- NRNorma RamosSep 8, 20251.0Very bad experience with this branch. We went to 2 other Wells Fargo in Sterling where they were able to assist more than this place. This is the last Wells Fargo in Herndon which is unfortuate due to its management. My mother recently had a mistake done with a cash deposit which is unbelievable because she provided her ID when depositing. Somehow it went into a wrong account. She walked into the branch to try to fix their error aftering not seeing the money post into her account. Upon arrival instead of acknowledging her difficulty trying to explain the situation they blew her off giving her a phone number to call. There were plenty of spanish speaking associates that could have helped my mom including the Branch Manager Bertha but they instead had her using a translator to understand what had happened and blowing her off saying they did not have to continue to look into it. A simple answer of that they would take care of it would have been sufficient instead we had to lose 2 hours of our time due to their customer support. Absolutely unacceptable from an establishment that handles clients' assest's and should gain their trust.
