The person I was working with didn’t seem to know how to accommodate my request, so she asked someone else to assist her. Thankfully, the other employee was able to help, and we got everything squared away in the end. While the teller was polite and friendly, it was a little concerning that she didn’t seem to know how to handle a basic request. Hopefully, with more experience or training, that kind of situation will go more smoothly in the future.

I was told there is no expediting action available (the customer service line said I could have), and then I learn today the card was never ordered. Very inconvenient and now I need to wait even longer for my card to arrive.
