- MCMONGKHOL CHINSETTHAGITAug 1, 20241.0This bank is fraud. I put my money on their money market with the rate of 4.4%. Then, they change the rate to 0.01% after couple of months. When I ask the manager, she said that the rate is fluctuate. my wife also has the money market account there and it never happens. I also have another account with Capital one and they never do this to customer. It is such a bad practice to use customer money to make money and give nothing back. I am going to close all the accounts from them.
