- SBSABA BASH5 days ago5.0Unfortunately, due to a fraud issue, I had to visit the Herndon TD Bank branch since the Reston location was closed. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a truly positive one—and I feel very lucky because of Nacion Beale. When I arrived, I was initially told to sit and wait. Then Nacion approached me with a kind smile and said, “I can help you.” Even though I was told to wait at a table, she reassured me and said, “No worries, come over—I want to help you.” That simple gesture meant so much. This was honestly the first time I experienced such kindness, respect, and professionalism at a TD Bank. Nacion was extremely knowledgeable and proactive. She didn’t just open a new account—she made several changes to my existing accounts that were all truly beneficial for me. She took the time to explain everything clearly and handled the situation with confidence and care. I was there with my toddler, and Nacion went above and beyond by trying to make my daughter happy and building a friendly connection with her as well. That level of compassion is rare. She could sense how stressed I was due to the fraud situation, yet she managed everything calmly and efficiently, which gave me great peace of mind. Nacion truly cares about people and customer service, and it shows. She deserves to have her own branch one day—she absolutely knows what she is doing. Thank you so much, Nacion, for your incredible support and outstanding service.

- EEEliasJul 26, 20251.0I don’t recommend!!! This is the second time I’m having a bad experience. This time I came to open a business account, the lady told me to wait on a spot to get help. I waited for 20 minutes, and the lady I was told came and told me it was too late with an unapologetic tone. The branch has uneducated, unwelcoming, and insufficient staff. I don’t recommend!!!
