  If you are thinking of going in, I would suggest you call customer service or find another branch to go to. The customer service here is not good. I went in along with my dad to get some help with a banking service. We tried asking Cesar, who is a worker there, if we were supposed to sit down or stand in line. He was rude and brushed us off. He gave us attitude, and he raised his voice to tell us to go sit down. When we asked for his name, he rolled his eyes at us and scoffed while walking away. He was unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a matter of fact, there was another woman looking to get some help as well, and when she saw the way Cesar was acting, she decided to leave and call instead. The customer service at this bank definitely needs some work.

  The customer service here is awful, I had 1 good experience out of 3. Employees here just don't want to help you out, told us to get everything signed up using the app, but then we needed to verify the SSN and come back to the branch anyway. The teller was rude and unhelpful and didn't want to speak with the customer service representative we had on the phone. He practically yelled at us. There was 0 communication between the bank and their corporate teams. The customer service online was so much better. Reading some of the other experiences and it looks like nothing about this branch has actually been improved since the every other complaint.

  I had a check issued to me that had 3 payees joined by &. I tried to mobile deposit it and it got denied. So I called Capital One corporate and they said to go to a branch to deposit and that they will accept it if all 3 payees signed the back of the check. The also stated there’s no need for all 3 people to be there in person. When I went to the branch, the teller and the manager both first assumed that the first person listed as the payee on the check is the main payee which was not me. This is not the case since if there is an & between the payees it means there is no “primary” payee or else the check would’ve just been written to my name. When I then explain to them that there are 3 payees conjoined by an & clause they proceed to say that all 3 people have to be there in person to deposit the check or that I have to have a joint account with those people which contradicts what corporate told me. Both of these are not possible and infeasible. Then they proceed to simply just say they can’t help me even though I insist that this isn’t normal protocol and that as long as all 3 people sign on it that I should be able to deposit it which is common practice at all banks. Funny enough I decided to try and mobile deposit to my Wells Fargo bank account instead and it worked with no problems. I didn’t even have to go to a physical branch. This capital one branch proved to have inexperienced and incompetent staff who clearly are not qualified to do their job. They were also very rude and not willing to try and resolve the issue.
