Most of my banking has been through the website and use of the toll free customer service. I have been very satisfied with the customer service. Recently my situation changed and it was necessary to visit a branch office. I visited the Staples Mill Branch and the customer service has been outstanding. I recently had the need of more assistance and Rhonda Long, Branch Manager, and Justin Peck helped me with specific banking needs.
