The only part of the website I had to use today was the Live Chat. I tried three times in a row to get assistance and it shut me out every time. If the conversation is idle for 2 minutes, it shuts you out. And by idle they mean the Langley person has to talk and if they don't, you get shut out. It's extremely annoying and quite ridiculous. Oh, and one more thing. I requested a replacement debit card on Feb 29 and it was allegedly mailed to me on March 1 and I still have not received it as of today March 10. Beyond ridiculous! And the person I spoke with on the phone has no idea where it was being mailed from. Wow.
