I spoke with Zack on the phone and he explained to me how opening an account works even as a minor, afterwards I came in to the branch by myself and within 3 minutes I was opening an account with Mickey. Mickey walked me through every step of the process and was transparent about any fees. I don’t know how this bank has so many low reviews, this was the best service I’d received from a bank. Even on a Friday, I was still assisted right away
